Personality:
Defiant and head-strong.
Life:
Things... happened when Anveena was around. To her, all of it made sense. It was just Grey. He liked to cause mischief. It cheered her up, even though it often landed her in trouble. Papers would fly, lights would go out, people would trip and dogs would bark. And Anveena had the answers to everyone's questions: "Grey did it!"
This claim really seemed to unnerve people. It upset her primary school classmates, disturbed her teachers, and appalled her mother when she eventually got word of the incidents. To her teachers, Anveena was stirring unnecessary unrest between the students, going around with claims that her dead brother was... haunting the classroom and everyone in it. They did not need the kids going around their day being paranoid because one little troublemaker couldn't handle the loss of a love one with a little bit of discretion or sensibility.
Anveena continually got detention and scoldings for her behaviour. Which she thought was absolutely ridiculous. Grey was right there. They were punishing her for telling the truth? It was all so stupid. Occasionally it would become too much and Anveena would spiral into a funk. Grey's response to this? Cause more mayhem. Things would go missing, doors would fly open, people would swear that they felt cool fingers brush their shoulder. The reactions of those around her ranged from comical to confused and Anveena had a front row seat to all of it. Honestly, it did actually cheer Anveena up. Grey had always been a carefree, fun-loving guy when he was alive and it filled her with joy to see that the change from life to afterlife hadn't broken his spirit.

History:
Anveena was 8 years old - still in her 3rd year of primary school - when her older brother Grey passed away, T-boned at an intersection by a drunk driver running a red light. Grey was 17 at the time of the accident, only a month away from his 18th birthday.
2 weeks after Grey's death she visited his grave, only to find his ghostly spirit perched atop his tombstone, looking to her exactly the same as the last time she saw him, if not a little transparent.
